David Anderson

Deceased Date: 2016-04-14
Anna Warner - April 21st, 2016
David and I shared a common bond with some of the friends we had in high school. I recall a number of bowling adventures with Wayne Eddinger. David was always so kind! I also graduated from Wake Forest but did not feel the bond with the students there as I did with my fellow students in high school. It comes as no surprise that David contributed so much to this world! I am truly sorry for your loss.
Richard Sink - April 17th, 2016
From church at Grace Lutheran, to grade school at Kern Street, to Main Street Junior High, to Senior High, to Wake Forest University, our paths paralleled almost from birth. I am so glad to have spent several minutes with David at our October reunion, reminiscing about our past, catching up on the 45 years since our WFU graduations and remarking that we each felt so much closer to our Thomasville classmates than we ever did with our WFU friends. We both agreed that we could never miss our 50th TSHS reunion...but our 50th WFU reunion in 2019, not so much. Read David's obituary, and it's a tribute to his brilliance. Why The Good Lord takes away such a person when he still has so much to contribute is not for us to judge. We should be thankful that He put David on the Earth to  better -- and extend -- so many lives for as long as he did. Rest in peace, old pal, and thank you for your years of endearing and enduring friendship.

Sharon Watterson - April 18th, 2016
David was such a kind and gentle soul from the very beginning at Kern Street through high school and beyond. He lived a life of giving back, brilliant contributions to everyday people and medical science. David's model for humanity is one so few are able to sustain, and we were very fortunate to call him friend and fellow classmate for so many, many years.
My deepest sympathies to his lovely wife, Anne, his children and grandchildren.
Alice Tysinger - April 17th, 2016
David and I grew up together attending Grace Lutheran Church in Thomasville, NC.   His family was very special to all of us there.  Then David graduated from Thomasville High School together with my husband (Joe)  and myself .  What a tragic loss. Alice Nicholson Tysinger

bobby was my wifes cousin. They had a great time together growing up. He was always fun to be around. Joking and laughing. She mentioned the would both go out some Friday nights just to go dancing and have some fun as 20 year olds would do. No one from the family let my wife know he had died  years ago.. What a shame. He will be truly missed by her and his mother and brothers and sons.

Eddie Regan - January 22nd, 2011
Bobby was truly one of the "good guys" who rarely called attention to himself but always had a special glow and a winning smile.  Once in a while, I would see him in his yard on Highway 62 as I traveled to and from work.  A simple toot from my horn and a wave from my hand would generate a response that included his toothy grin and a return greeting.  May his loved ones find comfort in the knowledge that others respected and appreciated Bobby Beane, his life and his legacy.  Surely, he died too young and will be missed.
